Welcome to Cottage Garden. If you are local to the Ilminster area the name may ring a bell as Cottage Garden is the next venture of well-known florist Cottage Flowers.

Cottage Garden at Jordan’s Courtyard is an immersive garden experience. Not only do you get helpful ideas and tips to enhance your outdoor space, but you also get to experience the tranquility of ambient styled garden rooms, behold the beauty of a wild-flower meadow area and open your mind in the woodland-style nook where you can enjoy the beauty of the plants on show, sit and relax your mind in this little escape from daily life, right here in the heart of Somerset.

Cottage Garden welcomes a wide range of garden enthusiasts from far and wide to take some time to admire and be inspired by the seasonal displays on offer. You can enlighten your senses with the enchanting aromas and enjoy the showcase of beautiful colours and textures around you.  

Whether you choose to visit for a few hours, invest in some gorgeous new plants and benefit from the knowledgeable expertise on offer or you make a day of it with lunch at the Jordans Courtyard café and terrace or a workshop you will leave feeling relaxed and revived.  

As part of this exciting extension to Cottage Flowers, visitors to Cottage Garden can enjoy an eclectic mix of plants that will be displayed across borders, in ambient garden rooms, a wild-flower meadow area and a woodland-style nook, all in one place.

Regular visitors to Cottage Garden can enjoy watching the garden transform over the changing seasons and will look forward to seeing the new plants as they emerge throughout the year.

It doesn’t just stop at plants, inside the beautiful cabin shop there will be pots, seeds, garden furniture and fresh flowers as well as workshops and demonstrations. The bulbs and blossoms will bring the fresh life for Spring, the delphiniums and roses will bring glorious colours for the Summer, sunflowers and dahlias make their appearance by Autumn and Evergreens and berries bring interest and greenery for Winter.

We really hope that Cottage Garden gives both the local community and visitors from further afield, a place to socialise and enjoy each-others company or a haven to indulge in some peaceful time alone to gather their thoughts amongst the array of plants. A place to learn useful tips on gardening, partake in workshops and indulge their love for flowers, gardening and the outdoors.

Cottage Garden looks forward to welcoming visitors between 10am till 4pm Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
