I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the simply exquisite flowers that you arranged for my mother's funeral and also the lovely service in your shop.

I was struck with how welcoming and kind you were with my dad and myself when we came to choose the flowers for the coffin and made plenty of time for us to talk and decide on colours, flowers etc.

In this fast-paced world we live in, sometimes these little moments of humanity and caring can fall by the wayside but you went out of your way to be kind and even in my grief, or maybe because of it, your thoughtfulness was more of a comfort than you might have realised.
